About Us....

LMS is jointly owned by Graham Holland and Gary Pym. Originally from England we have been living in Florida since 2004 and before that we jointly owned a vacation home since 2000.

Before moving to Florida, Graham owned a successful courier company and Gary worked in banking. With our combined experience in business and finance we joined resources to embark on running a successful business in Florida.

After experiencing bad and dishonest service from our management company, we knew we could only do better by bringing with us our ethical and responsible working practices. And we do not promise you “30 weeks of bookings a year“, in fact we don’t promise any, but we will promote your villa on our internet site and along with our booking agent any bookings you receive is a bonus. We concentrate on managing your home and doing it well.

We know how you feel thousands of miles away worrying whether your home is being cared for, feeling helpless because you can’t be there. We want you to feel happy and secure in the knowledge that we are here, managing and maintaining your home as if it were our own.

We intend to stay small, so we are able to provide our homeowners and guests the very best attention and personal service. We will have the time to go that “extra mile” which so many other larger companies promise, but end up failing to do just that. As much of the work we do for you will be kept in house and will only be sub-contracted when necessary, that way we know the job is done right and done the first time.

We want to be able to treat our homeowners like friends and not just another customer.
