Administration
Our
owners receive statements - On a monthly basis. You will receive
your statement on the first of the month.
Taxes - When you rent your home you are liable to tax on the
income. Each county varies but on average Tourist Tax is about
5% and State of Florida Sales Tax is 6.5% These tax rates
are subject to change, and are paid on all rental income and
paid monthly. Banking - Lyver Property Management Services
will deposit money into your personal account.
